Iām a qualified butcher having spent the majority of my career on the knives here in New Zealand, the UK and Ireland. Over the last 8 years I moved into sales and meat trading across domestic and international markets.
Having access to amazing meat, like Carrara Wagyu has also fueled my BBQ hobby. So during COVID lock down I launched the BBQ Butcher NZ, a YouTube channel to show case Carrara Wagyu and Ebony and teach other BBQ enthusiasts butchery tips and tricks.
